Ohio University Police said they were looking for a man who tried to rob a woman on campus Tuesday night.
The department issued a crime alert on Wednesday.
Police said around 7 p.m. on Tuesday a man approached a woman on Edgehill Dr. near Lincoln Hall on campus.
The suspect showed the woman a knife and demanded money.
Police said the victim did not comply with the suspect’s demands, and she walked away from the scene.
