Drug Court Proposed For Marion County

Marion County judges are looking to create a special court to deal specifically with drug problems.

Common Pleas Judge Jim Slagle said a drug court would focus more on ways to deal with addiction rather than just punish offenders.

Marion's mayor and police chief back the idea.

The county is pursuing a federal grant to fund the court for three years.
