Police said that a woman was arrested and charged with aggravated arson Sunday evening.
Amber Pilotti, 31, was taken into custody in connection with a fire on Shirley Avenue where a man was found dead Feb. 14.
Brad Grosscup was found dead inside the house by firefighters. The Knox County coroner indicated that the 51 year old died one or two days before the fire.
