A semi ended up on its side after it crashed into poles in Union County near the community of Broadway.
The crash occurred near state Route 31 and Wheeler-Green Road around 7 a.m.
Several residents in the area reported to 10TV that the power was out in their homes.
A medical helicopter was dispatched to the scene for the driver of the semi. The extent of the driver's injuries are not know.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
Both directions of S.R. 31 were closed as of 10 a.m.
