A Lima man is charged with attempted rape after allegedly trying to set up a meeting for sex with a 9-year-old.
Addison R. Richardson, 23, is accused of trying to solicit who he believed to be the father of a boy in order to pay for sex with a child.
According to court documents, Richardson arrived at a pre-arranged location on Feb. 11 and was arrested.
A judge set Richardson's bond at $25,000.
