The Better Business Bureau issued an alert on Monday about a Lewis Center electronics equipment supply retailer.
The BBB received complaints from customers in 40 states and Canada about Great Deals, located at 7830 N. Central Dr.
According to the complaints, the business conducted misleading sales practices, failed to respond to customer requests for assistance, had items that were out of stock and charged customers’ credit cards before filling orders.
The company did not immediately return 10TV News’ requests for comments.
Great Deals has a D rating with the BBB.
