Delaware County Sheriff’s officials said that they arrested a man in connection with a violent home invasion last week.
According to the sheriff’s office, Elvin R. Cannon was arrested Sunday morning in connection with a home invasion on Sedona Drive early Friday morning.
Sheriff’s officials said that Cannon and a woman, Charity N. Fickisen, stole a vehicle and assaulted a resident of the home. The resident was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital with severe injuries.
A warrant has been issued for Fickisen’s arrest.
