Man Charged For Allegedly Trying To Fill Fake Prescriptions For Oxycodone, Alprazolam

A man is charged with illegally processing drug documents after allegedly trying to fill three fake prescriptions at a north Columbus pharmacy.

According to court documents, Samuel A. Troiano tried to fill the prescriptions at the Family Medical Pharmacy, located at 5770 Karl Road, on Saturday.

Troiano tried to fill prescriptions for 95 Oxycodone tablets, 80 Alprazolam and 90 ibuprofen, court documents stated.
