Man Accuses Neighborhood Tattoo Artist Of Breaking Into Home, Stealing Electronics

A man is being charged after a number of electronic devices were missing from a home that he was spotted in.

Ray "Raphael" Smith, 22, allegedly entered a home on Brehl Avenue on Saturday night around 11:30 p.m.

Smith walked toward a bedroom and yelled to the homeowner that they knew each other.

The homeowner chased Smith from the residence. The homeowner and his wife said they recognized Smith as a man provided neighborhood tattoo work.

The couple said a DVD Player, xBox, and an electronic converter box were missing from the home.

Smith has been charged with burglary.
