Two vehicles collided head-on just after midnight Thursday morning in southeast Columbus.
The crash occurred where Noe Bixby Road crosses over I-70.
Emergency crews said four people were transported to hospitals. One of the injured individuals was listed in critical condition.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
