School Bus Carrying 42 Children Rolls Over In Logan County

Emergency crews were on scene of a school bus crash in Logan County on Monday evening.

According to the Marysville post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a school bus belonging to the Indian Lake School District rolled over shortly after 4 p.m. along Township Road 88, between Township Road 92 and state Route 366.

Forty-two students were aboard the bus at the time of the crash. School officials told 10TV News that no one seemed to be seriously injured but students were being loaded onto another bus and taken to a Bellefontaine hospital to be checked out. Six students were being treated for injuries.

OSP officials said that a medical helicopter was called to the scene but canceled a short time later.

The names of those involved were not immediately released.

Parents of the students on the bus were being notified by school officials.
