Chillicothe Children's Services was asking for help finding a one-year-old-girl.
The Chillicothe Gazette reported police found the girl to be missing when they began an investigation into suspicious injuries to a five-month-old.
Children's Services removed two other children from the home, but had not located the one-year-old.
Police said the disappearance did not meet the requirements to issue an Amber Alert.
No charges were filed.
