Thomas Worthington High School officials were on alert Monday after an altercation in a hallway.
School officials said that the Level 1 lockdown was prompted due to a "scuffle" in the hallway shortly after 9 a.m.
School officials said that a female student was walking alone in a hallway when she said she was grabbed by a male who she did not recognize. She punched the male, officials said.
School officials were trying to determine who the male was and if he was a student and were reviewing surveillance video.
