A 16-year-old girl is hospitalized at Nationwide Children’s Hospital after a sledding crash.

According to The Newark Advocate, Janet Gregory was sledding near St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church on what is known as “Alligator Hill” at about 7:10 p.m. when she crashed into a tree, medics told the paper at the scene.

Gregory was transported by medical helicopter to the Columbus hospital after crews said that she briefly lost consciousness and lost feeling and movement, the Advocate reported.

Gregory’s condition was not immediately known.
