Police are searching for a driver of a possible stolen vehicle that crashed into a school bus, sending six students to Nationwide Children's Hospital on Friday afternoon.

According to police, the crash occurred at East Gates and Wager streets shortly before 3 p.m.

Police said that the driver of the vehicle, which police said they believed was stolen, fled.

The bus belongs to V.A.T., Inc. Madison County. The numbers on the back of the bus read 990.

The bus was transporting students from South Scioto Academy.

Police said that all the children hospitalized suffered minor injuries.
