Troopers said that a man is charged with possession of a schedule three substance after a traffic stop in Jackson County on Wednesday.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, troopers stopped Vince Rambus of Detroit, Mich., along U.S. Route 35 at about 7 p.m. Troopers said that Rambus was stopped for a marked-lane violation.
A K9 unit alerted troopers to 786 Lortab pills in the dash of the vehicle. Lortab is a narcotic that contains acetaminophen and hydrocodone.
If convicted, Rambus could face up to eight years in prison and a $15,000 fine.
