Officials said Fredy Arnoldo Lopez, 28, was stopped near Murray Hill Road and Dolan Place in Prairie Township on Wednesday afternoon.

Lopez is accusing of striking a deputy in a mouth and upper body, causing minor injuries and knocking one of the deputy's teeth out.
