Man Found Guilty As Part Of Murder-For-Hire Plot That Left Young Mother Dead

A man accused of killing a young mother after being hired by the father of one of her children was found guilty on Wednesday.

Raymond Bertuzzi was convicted of killing Amy Aldrich in February 2012 as part of a murder-for-hire conspiracy.

Bo Cook pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 20 years in prison in September in connection with the murder of Amy Aldrich, the 30-year-old mother of Cook’s child.

Cook received 11 years on the voluntary manslaughter charge and three years on each the charges of having weapons under disability, tampering with evidence, and a weapons charge associated with voluntary manslaughter.
