A man is charged with murder after allegedly shooting an 18-year-old multiple times.
According to court documents, Antwan Lareese Phelps shot Jaquan Brendell White several times on Oct. 1.
The shooting occurred near Cleveland Avenue and Belcher Drive.
White was found at the Virginia Pines Apartments along Concord Lanes.
Phelps was being held in jail on $1 million bond on Tuesday.
