Reward Offered For Information In Christmas Eve Burglary

Police are seeking the public's help in tracking down a burglar that struck on Christmas Eve.

Authorities said a man forced open the rear door of 1014 South Roys Avenue around 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 24.

The thief took gifts, gift cards, cash and other personal property.

A home security camera captured a late model black Honda Civic in the driveway and a male subject loading the trunk with items.

The suspect backed the car from the driveway and then returned to pick up stolen merchandise he had dropped.

Central Ohio Crime Stoppers has posted a reward of up to $2,000.00 for any information received by Jan. 30 leading to the arrest and/or indictment of the persons responsible for this crime.
