A U.S. Marine helped catch an alleged thief outside of a bank in Canal Winchester.
According to the Fairfield County Sheriff’s office, a thief knocked down a woman and stole her bag on Friday.
A U.S. Marine who was in the Fifth Third bank at the time went after the man.
Deputies arrested Dominique Artis, 21, for the crime.
Authorities did not release the name of the Marine that helped out.
