Man Sentenced To More Than 8 Years On Drug, Weapons Charges

A man was sentenced to 100 months in prison for being a convicted felon who had firearms and a marijuana growing operation at his house in Dublin.

David P. Crail, 35, was arrested in April at 3256 Rothschild Court. Crail was fugitive from Michigan who was living under the name Raymond Howard Lyons.

Authorities found 130 marijuana plants at the home along with three handguns, five rifles, and a shotgun, according to court documents.

Crail pleaded guilty in October to one count of manufacturing marijuana, one count of illegally transporting firearms, and one count of making a false application on a passport.

Crail's earlier conviction came in 2000 on charges of assault with a weapon in Michigan.
