Police said that Kevin Hughlett, 22, was the man killed in a shooting in a Wendy's parking lot on Tuesday.
Hughlett was shot while in a silver car near the Wendy's at East Livingston Avenue and South Yearling Road just before 4:30 p.m.
Authorities said that David Hawkins, 26, was also shot at the time. He is expected to survive his injuries.
Restaurant employees heard eight or nine shots outside.
Officers have not named any suspects in the attack.
