Authorities were involved in a chase Thursday afternoon after a report of a car theft.
The chase ended around 3:30 p.m. when the suspect fled on foot from his car near Gender and Refugee Roads.
Columbus Police and Franklin County deputies followed the man on foot into the Stratford Lakes Apartments on Seahurst Drive in Canal Winchester.
Officials searched the area, but the suspect was not located.
No injuries were reported in the chase.
