Drug task force officials said that they arrested two people in connection with a meth lab.

Officials with the METRICH Drug Task Force said that they arrested Brittany Bassett and Lucas Conrad at a home in the 400 block of Sherwood Drive in Mansfield on Monday after they received a tip that meth was being produced at a home that contained children.

Drug task force officials said that they located a meth lab in the upstairs of the home.

Detectives also located numerous other products used for manufacturing meth in the backyard of the home.

A 17-month-old and an infant were taken from the home and released to a relative after Richland County Children Services arrived at the scene.
