Hilliard Property Taxes Decrease Due To School Refinancing

Hilliard City Schools has taken steps to refinance some of its debt which will decrease property taxes in the district.

A district spokesperson said school board members voted on two separate resolutions that will reduce the projected bond millage.

According to the district, the savings to taxpayers equates to about $30 per year on a $200,000 home value.
