The Longaberger Company said its offices will remain in Ohio despite a recent sale.
Officials announced on Saturday that Longberger will transfer a majority of its stock to a Dallas-based company.
Computer Systems Laboratories Corp. will have the majority of the share of the company.
A spokesman for both the companies said that the acquisition should have no effect on the company’s central Ohio operations.
