More Rain Expected Through Sunday

Overnight: Widespread showers with a chance for thunderstorms. Lows in Upper  50' and lower 60's.
Sunday: Rainy, Breezy & Mild.  1-2 inches of rain possible northwest of Columbus. Highs in the early part of the day in the Upper 50's then falling to around 50 in the afternoon.  
Monday:  Partly cloudy and much cooler. Highs in the middle 30's.  
   
Special Information:
We reached a high of 64 in Columbus Saturday. That is just 3 degrees shy of the record and almost 30 degrees above normal. Rain showers will become more widespread through the overnight and some areas will pick up 1-2 inches of rain.  A FLOOD WARNING continues for the Scioto River in Marion County. FLOOD WATCHES are in effect for northern and western Ohio. There is also a slight chance for a few isolated thunderstorms overnight. We will enjoy another warm day Sunday, but the highest temperatures will be in the morning in the upper 50's and lower 60's. Monday will be much more seasonable with partly cloudy skies.
 
Alerts :  FLOOD WARNING for Scioto River in Marion county. Flood watches are in effect for all of northern Ohio and west central part of the state. Scioto River near Prospect expected to rise above flood stage (9.0 feet) tonight and rise to near 12.5  feet by Monday afternoon.
 
Inconvenient Weather:  Flood warning remains in Marion County until further notice. Showers will be widespread overnight, and we could get a few isolated thunderstorms and heavy downpours. Rain will continue through Sunday night.
 
Planning your Day:  Rain will become widespread overnight with the heaviest rainfall (1-2 inches) to the northwest of Columbus. Rain continues for Sunday with mild temperatures to start, but will begin to cool down in the afternoon.
