Several schools in Marion had to close on Friday morning due to a water outage.
Grant Middle School and all elementary schools in the Marion City district were closed. Pleasant Local Schools closed all of their buildings around 8a.m. St. Mary in Marion was also reported as closed.
A water main break caused widespread water issues including reports of low pressure.
Crews had water restored to most of the community by mid-morning. Around a dozen residents still did not have service as of 9:30 a.m.
