A new 45-home development is being proposed across from Dublin Jerome’s athletic fields.
The Celtic Crossing development would be constructed on about 28 acres on the west side of Hyland Croy Rd. and north of Mitchell-Dewitt Rd.
The site is currently unoccupied, according to ThisWeek News.
The Dublin Planning and Zoning commission has already been presented with the plan. A rezoning request will be the next step for the developers.
