A Delaware County Grand Jury returned an indictment against a man involved in a standoff with police last week.
Rian Hodge is charged with two counts of felonious assault and one of improperly discharging a firearm.
Hodge, 22, allegedly led police to a standoff after law enforcement was called out to a report of shots fired at the apartments, located at 210 North Union Street, according to the Delaware County Prosecutor’s Office.
Hodge barricaded himself inside of a house and eventually turned himself in.
