Franklin County authorities say a Columbus woman is suspected in two separate cases of stolen credit card usage.

Lauwanna A. Williams, 32, is charged with one count of identity fraud and one count of misuse of a credit card.

Blendon Township police said Williams allegedly used a stolen credit card to buy more than $1,000 in gift cards on October 5 at a Walgreens on Dublin-Granville Rd.

Upper Arlington police said Williams also allegedly used a stolen credit card at CVS and Walgreens stores on West Henderson Rd. in September. Court records accuse Williams of buying more than $1,500 worth of prepaid VISA cards at that time.

That credit card was allegedly stolen from a Kroger’s store an hour before it was used. The victim in that case was an 88-year-old woman.
