Police said that a woman stole an iPad from her employer and sold it for cash.
Brittany Hall is accused of stealing the iPad from a Shawnee Hills veterinary office at which she worked.
The iPad was used to run software that helped operate the business.
Police arrested Hall after they said that they searched her home and found multiple receipts indicating she had sold the iPad.
Hall faces felony theft charges, because the iPad contained software worth nearly $3,500.
