Special Information:
Clear skies and cool again tonight with a refreeze.  Then the thaw continues tomorrow with highs climbing into the middle to upper 40s.  Rain approaches the area on Thursday and may start as a brief mix of rain and snow early Thursday morning.  The main wave of moisture will be all rain Thursday afternoon and evening.  Showers will continue into the weekend with highs near 60 on Saturday.  We will need to monitor for possible flooding given the computer model forecast of nearly two inches of rain.
