One person was in critical condition following a shooting at an apartment in southwest Columbus Tuesday afternoon.
Police said the incident occurred at 870 Wedgewood Dr. just before 1 p.m.
A man, identified as Jamacan T. Sizemore, 29, was shot five times and was taken to Mount Carmel West Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
Officials told 10TV that homicide detectives were called to the scene.
Police are continuing to investigate the shooting but they said it likely was drug-related.
Police said that witnesses said a man got out of a silver Honda and shot Sizemore.
