Interstate 270 east at state Route 315 on the north side was backed up because of a jackknifed semi on Tuesday afternoon.
According to police, the semi jackknifed at about 4 p.m. The crash caused a fuel leak.
All lanes reopened at about 8:15 p.m.
There were no immediate reports of injuries.
