An 18-year-old was indicted by a grand jury for allegedly carrying a concealed weapon in a school zone.
Delaware police said Jonathan Raver and a teenage accomplice were caught going through vehicles near Saint Mary School.
Delaware Police Captain Juston Herning said in an email that the men ran away when confronted, throwing their backpacks which contained guns.
Raver was indicted on Dec. 27 for obstructing official business and illegal possession of a deadly weapon in a school zone, both fifth degree felonies, and carrying a concealed weapon, a fourth degree felony.
