Police said a man is being accused of fondling a 14-year-old who was staying at his home.
According to court records, James M. Arms Sr. allegedly fondled and touched the girl when she was staying the night at his home.
The victim reported the attack occurred early Sunday morning after Arms' wife had gone to bed.
Arms is charged with sexually battery and is being held in jail on $35,000 bond.
