Police responded to a home on Union Street around 7:30 Friday evening, after getting a report about a physical altercation and possible shots fired.
Delaware Police evacuated the area, but the suspect, 22-year-old Rian Cecil Hodge, barricaded himself the home.
Hodge turned himself in peacefully shortly before midnight.
Union Street was closed during the standoff, but reopened around midnight.
Hodge has been charged with domestic violence, according to the Delaware Police Department.
