Street Reopens Following Delaware Standoff

Union Street in Delaware reopened just before 12:30 a.m. on Saturday after police ended a standoff with a man in an apartment.

Police had closed Union Street between Central and Lincoln avenues on Friday night.

According to authorities, it started around 10 p.m. and involved a man in an apartment.

The events leading up to the standoff were not released by authorities.

There were no reports of injuries.
