One person was killed in a crash Sunday afternoon in eastern Delaware County.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol said that the crash occurred around 3 p.m. at Miller-Paul and Center Village roads.
Garry A. Jasnoch, 72, was killed when his vehicle was struck in an intersection. His wife, 78-year-old Albera G. Jasnoch, was taken to St. Ann's Hospital and was listed in critical condition.
Investigators believe Jasnoch failed to yield at a stop sign and pulled into the path of a Ford Explorer.
The driver of the Explorer was treated at the scene by medics and released.
The crash remains under investigation.
