A semi crash blocked I-70 near milepost 166 in Muskingum County on Friday evening.
The rollover occurred around 5:30 p.m. according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Travelers were being forced to exit in New Concord at exit 169.
The tractor-trailer was hauling paper products when it went off the left side of the road. It crossed the median and overturned in the westbound lanes.
The driver was not injured in the crash and was cited for failure to control.
