At least one person was killed and another injured in a crash along Interstate 71 southbound near the Fayette-Greene county line just after 1:30 p.m. on Friday.
Authorities said the crash involved a car and semi.
Medical helicopters were on the scene and the road was blocked by emergency crews. It reopened around 4:30 p.m.
The names of the people involved had not been released.
The cause of the crash was still under investigation.
