Police said that a 15-year-old West High School student who had been missing since the beginning of the month has been found safe.
According to Columbus police, Chantasja L. Silva had not been seen since Dec. 4 at the high school.
She was reported missing by her mother.
Detective Mary Battle released a statement Sunday night indicating Silva was safe and in police custody.
No additional details were immediately released.
