A judge sentenced David Wampler to 23 1/2 years in prison and 4 1/2 years of community control for setting a series of fires.
A jury found the 38 year old guilty of eight arson charges and one attempted arson count in November.
Authorities suspected Wampler of setting several of the 15 fires which broke out during the early morning hours of July 7, 2011.
Wampler's attorney told the Lancaster Eagle Gazette that his defendant plans to appeal.
