A Coshocton County judge has given a woman until the end of the month to clean her house before serving a 10-day sentence for contempt of court.

Rebecca Terrell admitted to having 20 cats and five dogs on her property, according to The Coshocton Tribune.

Terrell was originally summoned to court after she was accused of creating a public health nuisance by allowing animal waste accumulate, the Tribune reported.

A judge originally sentenced her to 30 days in jail, but reduced it to 10 days because of the progress she has made.

Her property is now in foreclosure and will be sold at a sheriff's auction.
