Gahanna Students Now Have Option To Opt Out Of Gym

Gahanna Jefferson High School will join the growing list of central Ohio school districts to offer students a physical education exemption.
 
The school board approved an exemption for student athletes, cheerleaders and marching band members in grades 9-12.
 
The superintendent says it will let students fill their schedules with more academically-focused classes.
