One man is behind bars after leading Chillicothe police on a manhunt overnight.
Officers say the man attempted to shoplift from a Kohl's store, on River Trace Drive.
The man took off and police tracked him down into a nearby wooded area. Authorities eventually caught up with him after a chase.
There were no reports of injuries. The man's identity was not released.
