Two Sex Offenders Arrested For Reporting Violations

Investigators track down two sex offenders who failed to let authorities where they live.

Cody R. Deemer was charged Monday for failure to change his address, a first-degree felony. Deemer, 19, was ordered held on $50,000 bond.

He was scheduled to appear in Portsmouth Municipal Court on Dec. 14.

Detectives tracked down Thomas I. Moore on Wednesday. He was arrested and charged with failure to change his address, a first-degree felony. Moore, 20, was ordered held on $50,000 bond.

Moore was scheduled to appear in Portsmouth Municipal Court on Dec. 20.
