Police are trying to locate a man who walked away from a Dublin apartment complex while he was visiting family on Tuesday afternoon.
Siva Kumar Singh-Gadwal, 57, does not speak English, according to authorities.
Singh-Gadwal is around 5 foot 2 inches tall and weights around 130 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a black sweater, blue pants and a black turban.
Dublin Police said they plan to search areas around Coffman Park on Thursday night.
